Coolhubcaps.com ships worldwide using a variety of carriers. Please select the carrier of choice during the checkout process. You can review the latest shipping rates online by simply creating an account and adding a product to the cart, then click on "Checkout". The first screen of the checkout process with provide you with the latest rate information by carrier.

For US-based Customers:
Domestic shipping costs (within the lower 48 states) typically range between $10-20 depending on your location and shipping carrier selection). Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii  typically range between $15-30 depending on your location and shipping carrier selection.Please refer to the shipping costs presented during the first screen of the checkout process for an exact shipping quote.

For International Customers:
International customers will have their products ship via the USPS Priority Mail service which provides the most cost effective rates. Typically these packages arrive in 6-10 days. Sample rates for international shipments are as follows (all prices in US dollars):

Returns

The spoke guards we produce are custom made for you. As a custom-made product, they are not generally returnable. However, there are some exceptions to this rule, as follows:

If items in your order are DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:

If an order arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please let us know immediately and we will ship out a replacement at no cost to you.

WARRANTY:

We will replace merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to 90 days from purchase. Manufacturer defects are usually apparent the first time the product is used and are different from "normal" wear and tear.

To make a return, please safely package the product and include a letter with the following information:

Order Number (if you do not have the order number, please provide the date of the original order.)
