We have 2 manufacturing methods available for our personalized spoke guards.


The first method is our traditional printing method - These personalized spoke guards are made of the same tough, durable plastic with the designs printed directly on the clear spoke guards and are beveled for a snug fit to your wheels.

Note: Custom orders made this way take longer to produce. Depending on our current manufacturing it can take up to 3 months for delivery. Most orders are fulfilled faster - please contact us for an estimated completion date if you are interested in this manufacturing method prior to ordering.

The second method is our new "wrap" method. For these spoke guards we start with our "high-impact" solid white sports spoke guards and then "wrap" them using a your design printed on the same materials as used in automotive/truck wraps. We then overlay a tough automotive grade clear vinyl laminate on the top of that to protect the print from scuffing and scratches. Spoke guards manufactured this way look exactly the same as the ones made using the traditional print method. However the turn around time is a lot faster - we can typically make them in about a week! The high-impact plastic used with this manufacturing method is especially good for sporting teams & hospital settings and for those a little tougher on their chairs.

Unless otherwise specified we'll assume you want the new "wrap" method when you order these custom spoke guards.

Note on artwork: Please make sure to have permission from the copyright holder for any copyrighted or trademarked images you want us to print on your spoke guards. If necessary we are sometimes able to obtain permission on your behalf. Contact us for more information on using copyrighted/trademarked images.

We can also customize any design with your name or saying in the font of your choice.

NOTE: After placing your order we will contact you to get your artwork. We will need vector images or a 300dpi or larger high-resolution image in order to make your custom spoke guards.
