TeleStik Replacement Adhesive Disks comes with two replacement adhesive disks for the TeleStik Reacher, Models TS3040 and AD3000.

Instructions for Use: When the adhesive disk loses its tackiness and will no longer stick properly to objects, remove disk (attached with Velcro) and clean with mild soap and warm water; gently scratching the adhesive surface with your finger nail. Rinse with warm water and let dry. Re-attach the adhesive disk, pressing down firmly to ensure Velcro has engaged properly. Keep the adhesive disk away from sunlight, heat, solvents, oils and oily substances. When not in use, always cover adhesive with cover cap.
