Domestic shipping costs (within the lower 48 states) typically range between $10-20 depending on your location and shipping carrier selection). For International Customers:

Returns

The spoke guards we produce are custom made for you. As a custom-made product, they are not generally returnable. However, there are some exceptions to this rule, as follows:

If items in your order are DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:

If an order arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please let us know immediately and we will ship out a replacement at no cost to you.

WARRANTY:

We will replace merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to 90 days from purchase. Manufacturer defects are usually apparent the first time the product is used and are different from "normal" wear and tear.
