These powerchair hubcaps are made using the same durable plastic as our manual wheelchair spoke guards. The holographic film designs are specially laminated to the backs of the plastic so they show through the clear plastic and are protected by the plastic. The back of the holographic film is then specially laminated with a second layer of tough vinyl film to give it extra protection for the wear and tear seen by power wheelchair wheels. The wheel covers are flat, durable, and cleanable. They attach in seconds using Velcro.
